Legal Information
Hemp-derived products typically contain limited amounts of THCa, as industrial hemp is cultivated to have minimal levels of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the compound responsible for psychoactive effects. Many laws differentiate hemp from marijuana, with hemp being defined as cannabis containing very low THC levels—less than 0.3% THC by dry weight in the United States.
The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 enforces strict regulations to ensure the legal production, purchase, and distribution of hemp products in most U.S. states. At MYCROMART PARTNERS, LLC, we are committed to maintaining compliance with these regulations and ensuring the accuracy of all information related to our hemp products.
The company we purchase product from holds a Kentucky State-approved Hemp Growers License, along with a state-approved license for processing and handling hemp. Our operations are fully licensed and compliant at the state level and federally legal under U.S. law. All of our hemp products meet the federal requirement of containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.
Federal Legality vs. State Restrictions
While hemp-derived products are federally legal, state regulations can vary significantly. Certain states impose additional restrictions or outright bans on specific cannabis-derived products. It is important to review the laws in your state before purchasing.
